COOL! But those lbs are not lost....they just relocated to California and are staring back at me in the mirror every morning! If I ever get the will power to diet again I'll send them packing to someone else....but IF is a mighty big word! You are looking good Howie!

GW, that's a wonderful photograph. You have such a gift for portraiture. I know how much you love Howie and how proud of him you are -- it is a tremendous achievement to lose those pounds, and thumbs up to him!

He's so good to me, and such a good friend. I was looking through the photos from that day and thought "hubba, hubba, hubby!" when I saw that picture. ;)

He's not really on any particular regimen for weight-loss other than watching his calories. We both are doing that, and watching our fat intake, too.

Great that he has lost that weight. I think my hubby has found some of it here though.

I have lost a few pounds myself recently and am sure working on keeping it off until I can lose some more. I can dream can't I? LOL

Ya'll gotta help us stay true to healthy eating at the roundup, okay? :D Last year, we stopped at too many fast food places en-route and got out of the good habits we'd started. This year we're sticking to it - we have to!
