Need help.

Villa Rica, GA(Zone 7a)

Do any of you know where I can read(hopfully on the net somewhere) the Standard Housing Codes for GA??

The only place I can find, is where you have to pay $$ to read them or get the book or something.

I am needing to read the Code# 307.4
I was told my neighbor is breaking this code by not keeping up the property(grass is chest high, junk everywhere...making rats come to MY house!)
Just wanted to read up on it in case I have to make another phone call to report the problem.

Thanks for your help.

http://www.hapeville.org/ordinances/08%20Planning%20and%20Development/Planning%20and%20Development.pdf page 18 or use the binoculars to search for 307.4. You do need adobe acrobat reader free at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html if you don't yet have it.
This is from city of Hapeville GA, but I am reasonably sure it is the code section you want. Based on that you can use google http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=307.4+%22It+shall+be+unlawful+for+the+owner%22&btnG=Google+Search to see that it is a general code section adopted in multiple locations.
