Hey Dave-I know you don't have enough to do but.....

Another special interest site I use that has member forums has the ability when listing the threads in a forum to show when the thread has new posts. I know we have this now so I'm hoping the request won't be all that involved. The thing is when you click on the thread that shows "new" then you get a link that skips you to the first unread post since you were last viewing that thread. In other words it keeps track of the latest post you've viewed in a given thread. What's even better is when I go into a forum and see all the threads listed, there's an icon next to the "new" word that takes me directly to the first unread post in that thread all in one click.

In some of the threads I follow on DG I find myself scrolling and scrolling to find the new posts. Just an idea! Brenda

We've always had that feature, too. When you click into the thread, at the top, click on "Skip to new".

Dave, this site is unbelievable and I spend WAY too much time reading here. I've certainly learned a lot. Thank you for your hard work. Subscription is worth every penny and more.
