We're finally moved into our new house in Oklahoma City. It's so nice to sleep in my own bed again. :)
The girls are doing great - bigger rooms and surrounded by their toys and books now.
Hubby is now a Flight Commander over a Combat Communications team, so he's delighted to be here as well. (His last job was quite tame compared to this).
Thank you for your prayers and well wishes throughout this whole process. We are truly blessed to have you all as friends.

Welcome Back !!
Carla, good to hear from you and to know you are settling in. Glad the girls are doing well and that Hubby is delighted.
We missed having you around.
So now you are in Sooner territory. How far will you be from extended family, Carla?
Carla, that's great news!!!
Carla - welcome back to the real (err, DG) world! Hope the move went smoothly and you have lots of plans for your new yard!
I am officially an Okie-in-training. :)
My husband grew up in NE OK, so he's basically home again. His parents still live there and his brother/family live less than 2 miles from our house. Yeehaaww!
There isn't much planted here, so I will have plenty to do, too, when the weather cools off. (Doing the happy dance)
Welcome Back Carla! I've missed seeing your posts!
Carla so proud you have a home again and I have missed you.
Welcome home!
Hooray!! Have fun unppacking!! Just think, you still have time to plant hostas before fall!!
Welcome back, I'm sure you need a break from unpacking.
WB Carla. It is good to hear that your hubby and kids are happy there. Hope you are too even though your hosta had to be left behind for the most part. Just think, now you can collect something else for a while until you get some real shade going there.

Yippee your in your new home now. I remember your home was closing this month and have been waiting for your return. So how's the new place? Do you feel comfortable in it yet? I wish you the best in it.
You posted a thread regarding Lavender : http://davesgarden.com/t/389941/, I am rooting some now and hoping they take...if you want it. Let me know, ok.
Welcome back Carla,
Donna
I am so glad you are in your new home!!!!! And that the family is thriving in their newest garden :)
*Doing the happy dance with you!
Donna, Thanks so much for rooting the lavendar for me. I can't tell you how much I appreciate it.
Yes, I'm going to have to get some hostas planted. I went from 275 in AL to 2 here in OK. Boohoo.
Things are going very well. We may have already found a new church to become a part of, so we're happy about that, too. I need to find out more about the youth group, as Bethany just turned 11 this month. That's going to be very important in the next few years.
Thanks for all of your kind words. You all are my portable family. I can take you with me wherever I go.
Welcome back,Carla...Jo
