No logo in DG or PD Newsletters

When I receive the DG and the P/D Newsletters in my Yahoo addy, the logos are not showing. Is this a Yahoo glitch or something else I should correct?

On the PDB newsletter, the logo on the right is not showing, but I click the grey emptiness, and I get access.

On the DG newsletter, I have no graphics at all where the pink viney flowers should be showing on either side.

Did this just recently occur? Have you, by chance, installed any sort of Internet security software.

It started two days ago, and I rather dismissed it as a glitch.

Both dh and I use this pc, but I usually do all the upkeep, maintenance, etc. I have not installed anything new recently. Everything was running like clock-work, and actually still is, except for this one minor situation!

Dh is taking his nap right now, but when he wakes up, I will ask him if he touched any settings, etc.

He was a systems analyst before he retired, and really wants nothing to do w/the pc except read his email! But, who knows! LOL

The reason I ask is, sometimes people have trouble viewing images if they use products like Norton Internet Security, which has a setting which disables "referers", something which needs to be enabled for some sites' graphics to be displayed. But those folks usually can't see any pictures, not just the logos.

GW, found the problem! I don't know how this happened, but the 'block HTML graphic' etc. checkbox was checked in my email preferences. So, I unchecked it! LOL

Thanks for your help! You mentioned the word 'security', and that tipped me off!

If I did this, I have absolutely no recollection of it.....oh yea, I'm scared! :)
