I didn't have the first one to bloom last year. I have two that has shot buds up. I think it was to dry last year.

Thanks for the remider Jim! I need to go look at mine. I had tons of them last year, so I just hope they all make it back out this year!
I kinda need to move mine this year, they just don't get showy enough where I have them and I want to be able to enjoy them more. When should I move them do you know??

Yes, thanks for the reminder, Jim. I haven't checked mine lately, but need to.

Last year I had leaves in the spring, which died down as they are supposed to do. But no flowers followed late summer/early fall. This year, leaves earlier, and gone now. Have to be sure to look for flowers later on....

Now I see why they are called Surprise Lilies, they go to sleep until you forget them and then pop up a bloom and say "surprise!". A plant with a sense of humor! Can we see a picture when they bloom?

Just went out and checked mine..No sign of them just yet. Although I am just alittle behind Jim as far as growing zone. I think we are really in the same Zone, but you guys in LaGrange are always alittle ahead of us.
So maybe I'll be seeing them here soon(said with fingers crossed!!) I planted tiG's Lamb's Ear close by it last year and I am really really hoping that they didn't get crowded out.

Mine bloomed today. I'll post photo tomorrow. Darius that was the way mine did. I had plenty of the leaves but the blooms never appeared. I even dug down to see if the bulbs were still there and found them so I guess it was just to dry for them last year. Only one bloomed toay and I looked for evidence of the others but didn't see any.
