Back to Ohio in the Morning

Well, we're leaving on our way back home in the morning.
Think of us while on the road. I won't be able to get on here until I get to my mom's house since I had my internet disconnected until I get back home from her house. No sense in paying for it when I'm not home. I'll call hillbilliebo though and let her know how I am so maybe she'll update everyone and she'll let you know when I get to her house. I'll be back on here around the 11th when I get to my mom's so I'll talk to everyone on here then.

Oh, my, it wasn't as bad as I expected! Did you have fun yet? Please do drive safely and carefully and happily.

No, it was fun Aimee, just lots of time in the car. We went to the gift shop at White Sands today and up to Cloud Croft and that was fun but I'm just sick of being in a car and come August 11th I'll be glad to be home. I've decided to have surgery done on my foot then too to have that egg removed that has become bigger and is starting to cause me pain :(
I got some postcards as souvenirs for myself and bought the kids some t-shirts and a couple of dream catchers that were handmade here :)
Took lots of pictures and will post them when I get the chance to settle down a bit. We're leaving early in the morning and hope to be able to drive into Missouri before we need to stop for the night.

Hillbilliebo (Tracy), if you read this, I'll call you from the hotel on the road :)

Isnt it funny how, when you know a friend is somewhere onthe road or out of their usual routine that we have them in our thoughts (good ones, of COURSE), and are cheering for them all the way home?

I am so happy for you dahlin that you were able to take the nice trip, be with loving family, spend holidays with them, and get a nice break from routine. And broaden your horizons

Ummm, Louisa had to call me every hour to get me to the round up last year. LOL I love that woman.

well I made it back home to Ohio safely. It only took 2 days to get home....14 hours the first day straight through and about 13 the second. Hillbilliebo took very good care of my doggies and I just can't thank her enough for that!!!! Thank you soooo much Tracy!!! Wouldn't know what I would have done without her :)
I sure do miss everyone and can't wait to get home and back into the swing of things. I'm going to get cable access once I'm home.....can't wait.....woohoo!!! I'll be keeping track of Jim's dad's website for his business so he'll pay for my access. Cable, here I come......LOL
I'll be off and on while here at my mom's so will talk to you more often but mainly in the evenings after everyone has settled in for the day and I get some peace and quiet :)

Oh, goody! It's been a different garden without you. Now, run on over to Bobby and help us christen him. I can share one of my bottles with you.

Keep the goodies concealed until I get a chance to look at them.
