What is your wallpaper??

Fountain, FL(Zone 8a)

When my Dad died I got his computer and digital camera. One of the first pictures I took with the digital has been my wallpaper ever since...it was taken in New Hope,Pa.

I just have the plain old Macintosh desktop, but had to comment on this lovely shot of New Hope! I've been there several times, and they are some of my favorite memories. What a beautiful view this is -- good job with the digital camera, Ginger!

I use the webshots program and it is set to change the wallpaper every day. It cycles through every picture in my file so I hardly ever see the same one twice in a year. today it is an ugly bananna slug picture, yesterday it was a yellow rose and before that one of the grandkids. I don't use the screensaver part because it annoys me to leave and come back to a different screen than I left.

sometimes I put up photos of my children but at the moment I have a shot from down below of yellow tulips against a very blue sky. It is a really bright picture and really helps to cheer me up :))

I have a CD with 100s of images that I have taken. I change it almost every day.

and now for a shameless plug - it will be available soon, I hope, with a program that will change the image daily. All I have to do is rename all the images and write the name of the flower on the image and trial it on my home computer.

Fountain, FL(Zone 8a)

So cute!! I have thought about changing my wallpaper, but just can't bring myself to do it. In fact I have left the settings on the camera as my Dad had them...silly perhaps, but what can I say?

Woodsville, NH(Zone 4a)

I keep this one as wallpaper because out of all the pictures I've taken in my yard and GH I like this one the best.

I should have wonderful photos of the Scottish Highlands, half naked girls, soccer teams, cartoons, yes even my wee 'garden', but nothing ... and I mean NOTHING ! ! ! ... has made me smile and laugh so much as the photo of Tigerlily's grand-daughter in years. Therefore this is my wallpaper .. a truly excellent snapshot, and timeless.

This is the funniest I've seen in years, and all of my mates, business pals etc. agree with me too (at last lol) :-D

Well, my wallpaper changes according to what photo I've taken that looks specially wonderful. The one below is my current wallpaper. I have a file of my garden photos that I use for my screensaver and I love it.

This has been fun....LOVE Wintermoor and Weeds wallpaper!! LOL I guess I really should get out of my rut.

Panama, NY(Zone 5a)

It's ok, Ginger - you can stay in your rut and I'll stay in mine. My wallpaper is a slice of a photo of my garden that I took years ago. I leave it because I'm lazy and because I like it. I use the bottom part with the dianthus and stones.

Most of the time it's flowers from my gardens, but sometimes DH will put a pic of the kittens we now have, or some other neat pic.
