I can't get into chat!!!!!!!!

My Java settings are all enabled and I still find only a blank rectangle when I click on the chat logo. It is most disheartening, I want to come and play too! (lower lip extended beyond the bounds of politeness in an adult).

This is most frustrating. I think I shall call my ISP and tell them their new and improved set up is ruining my fun.

It happened to me that way Kathleen,and my ISP didn't seem to give a hoot. I changed ISP's and things are smooth again.

What I did,was buy 1 month of another service,while still keeping the old one...you can do that,you know.This way,I could see if it was the ISP's problem,or my computer....which is what the old company blamed it on.

I've been threatening, and then they went through this whole new thing and I foolishly thought it would get better. I'll just stand out side with my nose pressed up against the window, skuffing my shoes and wishing I could play with the big kids. . .

Tuesday night and Thursday morning, I can't tell you the times in the UK, but here it's 7pm until well past my bedtime Eastern time on Tuesday and 7 AM to 10 AM Eastern time on Thursday. There's a box to the right of the forums list that says Chat. I remember it as being a lovely time, sigh.

I think we are on a four hour time difference right now with daylight savings. Back to five hours once October rolls around to when we "Fall Behind" :) Please correct me if I'm wrong on this...

That's right, Morph. DG time is UTC -0500 during the winter and -0400 during the summer. (ET).

Oh Kathleen, I am sorry you missed it. You could have laughed with everyone else when I fell asleep! LOL I then woke up and posted "oh no, i fell asleep' and promptly passed back out! Geeze. I guess that is what happens when you work late nights then have a night off. My body still thought it should be getting it's four hour nap for the next night. :)

Now see , there you go - you and I could have fallen asleep together 500 miles apart - what a wonderful thing the internet is!
