Confirmation.

Huh, now it`s over.

Everything went O`K in church, nothing big mistakes, even somebody sat even the priest didn`t give mark yet.

We had pretty much visitors, all my important kinsmans (is it the right word?)....And I got pretty good gifts too.

black? Confession schoolers use always white in here:)

are you catholic? I know catholics do it in white. I'm Evangelisch, supposed to be lutheran I guess in English and we do it in black. In Germany Catholics have communion and Lutheran's have confirmation.

Those are great shots, Mitjo. I'm Episcopalian and we wore white for confirmation (41 years ago!), too.

To us, cummunion is the meal on the altar but confirmation is the big function where we could join to the first Holy communion:

Isn't that strange how things are done differently in different countries.......so odd that we did it in black :)

I was glad when it was all over too, can be pretty nerve racking sitting up there and having all those people watching you........lol

I dont think that`s odd, only alb color to lutherans in Finaland is white...I was thinking that of course some other countrys have diffrent color..:)

:) And we had to sing in the church, just we confession schooler. in front of. That was pretty weirdo:)

I remember having to sing too and we had to memorize some parts of the bible too and say those infront of everyone plus we were asked quite a few questions pertaining to the bible and had to know those as well. I was a nervous reck, I remember that, but I made it through :)
