Hi, Dave -
Zany brought up this up in the PDB helpdesk queue, and I've experienced it, too. In case you don't have it on your to-do's, the species hyperlinks aren't working - if you access any entry and click on the species name, you get an error message that states "We know of no plants with these selected search parameteres" (and the English teacher in me thinks "parameters" should have one less "e" :)

Agh! I'm pulling my hair out with that PDB browse/search script. Eck. I'll get to this, too. Thanks. Please point out any other oddities you may find at the PDB.

(I am aware of all bugs, a considerable amount of them, that have been brought up so far).

You probably know already, but in case you don't: The copyright-watermarks aren't working in the PDB.
