tutorial for making garden journal

Dave, I remember some time back that somebody posted a tutorial to help make individual garden journals. Seems to me that it was step by step instructions. Could you tell me where to find this?

Thanks everybody. I am trying to record someplace the time of year when one of my plants bloom, etc. Another thing is to keep up with the proper name of plants, instead of my tendency to use common names, which may not be common to anybody but me!!
