Hey, chickie! I'm up after an all-nighter of printing wedding programs for a friend...Ready to crash, but thought I'd check the forums. Good to see ya! :)

Laura! Hi, and I am sorry I missed you. I sense a definite positive note in your post. Happy, happy, happy to see it. Hurry and get back to us. I think we need to take Bobby to visit some folks and do a little landscape work. Now, don't go to a lot of trouble. The extra comforts you put in and the trailer with benches where we can stash our gear are fine. So many of us are on diets, we don't need so much space for fudge, but we could use an extra cooler for all the eggs and cheese and butter we are now free to eat. I won't make cornbread, of course, but I discovered that crepes are really low in carbs so I might make a few along the way. Oh, boy, let's get rolling soon. On the road again...hum hum, hum, hum humm, making trouble with my friends... Was I off key?

Newark, OH(Zone 5a)

Glad to hear from you Laura. Can't wait until you're back

It's great to hear how well things are going, and hope you can get back on-line very, very soon. :)

Mount Prospect, IL(Zone 5a)

Sounds good, Laura. Make sure you had lots of hidden compartments when you refurbish bobby. Need places to stash fudge! Doris

Fudge? Did somebody say Fudge? I make fudge all year round for people who appreciate the finer things in life. Smooth and rich chocolate with or without nuts sometimes even have made some with marashino cherries in it. Yes, definately you need to have some secret places for us to hide fudge in.

I will be waiting for you and the minute I know you are back in the garden I will fire up the old kettle and make some of that fudge for all of us to celebrate. :>) Lani

Pondi, can you make a low carb rich dark chocolatey fudge? I want to lose a few pounds, but you know I will never be able to resist that fudge when all of you are chomping away. And we will need to stash some strawberries, cream cheese, whipping cream, mayonnaise, bacon, ham, t-bone steaks, stuff like that, so we can stick to our low carb diets. No aspartame or any of that fake stuff, just good old fat and natural things.

Lincoln City, OR(Zone 9a)

In my cyber kitchen I can whip up anything you want, Aimee. I know how hard it is to resist all this really lucious chocolate. I also have light or dark chocolate and of course my fudge has NO calories.

I agree that we must stick to natural things and real fat and butter because if we are going to eat it it may as well be the BEST.

Well...speak for your self, Miz Aimee! I am NOT on a diet..except a Chocolate diet...and the 20 pounds that I gained when I quit smoking is just a badge of honor with me...So, Laura...a nice compartment (with a lock to keep Aimee out) will be in order....glad you are doing well. Jo

Lincoln City, OR(Zone 9a)

So for Jo we want full on real butter with sugar and plenty of it in the fudge. And macadamia nuts too?

Melbourne, Victoria, Australia

hahahhaah

well there are plenty of secret compartments ...trust me
two mini fridges and other surprises. a couple of weeks and we will be off again!
*evil grin*
nice to see ya mom... and all my old friends....
now where is that snail mail letter Miss Aimee???!!!!
get to it girl!

Mount Prospect, IL(Zone 5a)

Oh yes, Pond! The best ingredients, butter,etc..... I think we will need and extra caboose on the end of bobby for the fudge alone! we're going to need more than mini refrigerators for all the whipped cream goodies! The brownies won't need refrigeration, will they? heh heh heh

Lincoln City, OR(Zone 9a)

and since this is cyberfudge there is absolutely NO calories.

I need a spot to put my beef jerkey that I want to bring too. Sometimes I need to sink my teeth (what I have left) into a bite of good ol' salty beef.

Mount Prospect, IL(Zone 5a)

Yeah, that would cut into all the sweetness. Hmmmm, you may need a special compartment for that also.
