I'm on a new puter. I'm used to the little padlock showing up in the corner when your on a secure server. It's not there for this page https://secure.westhost.com/secure/kartuz/order.html

Should it be?

the https: tells you it's secure. not http: (or at least that's always been the sign, if that's changed I've not heard of it)

the "s" on the end of "http" as in "https" is supposed to mean that it's a secure site
