Just wanted to let y'all know that we're having severe thunderstorms in the Red River Valley area of N. TX today, as well as OK, and KS.......so if you don't see any of us posting today, that's why. Keep your powder dry!!

We got your storms this afternoon Eyes! Rained and blew and thundered and lightned!Put a real damper on the Easter Egg Hunts.Golfball sized hail about 10 miles down the road,but we didn't get any.

Keep safe - it's that time of the year and we are expecting some storms today too but nothing like you have in Texas.

Here too we can expect a rare hailstorm at this time of the year. There is a 'myth' that says that hails are good for stomach troubles. The electric dept. switches off the power during a thunderstorm esp. when there is a stiff wind blowing because there is risk of trees falling on the electric power lines which are all over.
