A surprise from my neighbor's...

I have got to tell you guy's what a couple of my neighbor's did a few week's ago.. I think most people know what Pampered Chef stuff is, if you don't they are home party's and it is really cool kitchen stuff! Well one of neighbor's Robin has 1 or 2 party's every year I usually get 1 or 2 thing's each time. Well needless to say all but my spatula and soup spoon were lost in the fire so Robin and another neighbor Melody and my sister all got together and had a party at Robin's house and I really did not want to go but my sister said she really wanted to see the new house Robin and her DH had built so not to be a brat I went!!!!

Well much to my surprise I had a good time and they cook at these parties and the food was really great!!!!!

I had only intended on buying a grapefruit cutter and maybe one other thing but at the end girl who was doing the party said she had a surprise and it was for me!!!!!!!

These knuckleheads had collected order's from the teacher's at the twin's school and from my sister's work and then there were the 20 or so people that were there at the party!

Each person bought what they wanted and then they bought a kitchen tool (like a spatula, whisk or measuring spoon's etc) to put in the tool caddy that the Pampered Chef lady was giving to me!!!!! Now that is not the end of it either. Just like any home party there is a hostess that get's all the benifit's of the show and that was ME!!!!

I was speachless to say the least when they told me that I had 10,000 point's to buy what ever I wanted plus all the other free stuff you get for hosting a party!!!

Well I picked out all kind of stoneware and measuring cup's and cookbook's and even a great double griddle for DH to cook pancake's on, oh yea and I even got my grapefruit cutter!!!!!

Well to end this story Monday night Robin called and brought over 4 BIG boxes full of great kitchen stuff for our new house!!!!!

I really have some great neighbor's and a great SIS too, even if they are a little sneaky!!!!!!

Sue, that is such a heartwarming and happy story! What a wonderful way for your neighbors and sister to show their love -- and you will be joyously reminded of them every time you cook a meal.

How wonderful! And that just shows what a loving, caring person you are. If those that surround you will do this for you, you have truly touched them forever. True friends are with you through thick and thin.

What a great story! I hope someone took video, because this would make a great promotion. And how clever of those ladies to think of doing this for your new home. I am totally touched by this story.

I love my Pampered Chef stuff too! I have bought most of mine at garage sales from people who got it as gifts and didn't cook :>)

My DH and I sold Pampered Chef. It's great stuff. You are blessed to have such great friends! Which only goes to show that you are a great person to deserve greatness!!!
