Mom and Me!

This is my dear mother and me on her 84th birthday. We surprised her with a visit and boy - was she ever surprised. The tropical plants in FL blow me away. I couldn't begin to identify them but they sure were COLORFUL and BEAUTIFUL! We had a great time.

How wonderful and what a great surprise for your mom! I bet it was one of her best birthday's ever. By the way, I really like your shirt. ;o)

Shoe, what are you talking about? I think Hank is showing off his best catches here! LOL

Vic you look so much like her! She is a youthful 84, too. Her hairstyle's so cute!

Wow, I just have to agree with everybody else. Mom and daughter sure resemble one another. You look great Vic, all your hard work of exercise and diet seem to be paying off. So thin, both of you.

Both of you look so happy, and I bet seeing you was the greatest Birthday gift Mom ever received.

Beautiful picture, Vic. I'll bet you inherited her genes for a happy, long life. Hope so!

aww what a pretty pair! Vic your so lucky to have her-cherrish every second! :)

Pebble...didn't go swimming but I did sit and dangle my legs for a little bit :-) Shoe...it was such a short trip that Hank didn't have time for fishing although he would have loved to do that. We did have stone crab for supper while we were there though. And he did have a blue hat with HANK written on it on. He was so proud of that hat, he wore it in when we got there so everyone could see it :-)Carol, I picked the shirt you got me to wear because it has hummingbirds on it and mom loves hummers :-) Michele, Hank and mom have played in the mud more times than they would care to remember LOL.....Thank you all for the wonderful compliments. No one has ever told me I look like mom. If you would see my sister, she looks much more like her than me and I've always been told I look like dad. It was a wonderful time and I'm glad we got to spend her birthday with her.
