I don't know if this violates the "rules" or not but I'll take a chance.
The military has been overloaded with packages to our service people. There is a huge backlog and they don't know how long it will take to get the packages delievered.
They suggest that if you want to do something for our service people; send prepaid phone cards so that they can call home. They fit in a letter envelope and will get over there quicker.
Sam's Club and Walmart have excellent phone cards 3 1/2 cents per minute.
