Getting in under the wire, here ~ Happy Birthday, GrannyLois & Everyone!!!
Happy Birthday GrannyLois and all the birthday members. Hope you had a great day.
Thanks everyone! I officially became a senior citizen! (Age 55.) It was a good day. Thanks for all the emails, too. And Evert, I love the pretty card - it came right on my birthday. I'll post a picture late today. Thanks!!!
SoCal, looks like our big trip out west will probably be cancelled: DH's legs are getting worse and it's hard to imagine he will enjoy the trip. I'll probably just fly out to Oregon in June to visit DS and wife, and have to meet you some other time.
Enjoying spring here: pretty daffodils and forsythia everywhere. New leaves on the willows gracefully blowing with the gentle spring breeze. Lots of bradfords blooming, and those wonderful tulip (not tulip poplar) trees that have gorgeous purple blooms. Tennessee is scrumptious in spring!
:) I thought the card was nice, springlike. I asked them to cancel the stamp in our own post office, so it has got an Espoo postmark.
