As some of you know, I have been "keeping company" with a very nice gentleman (retired Marine named Gunny). We attended a Valentine's Day Party and some one snapped this picture. Gunny hears me talk of Dave's Garden so much that he asked me to tell all of you HELLO from The Gunny!!

(Leave it to Jo to hang onto El until he looks like a bar of soap after a hard day's wash, and then try to ease him off on me so she can latch onto a fresh one.) Hey, Gunny, they did tell you she's our sheriff, didn't they? And she always grabs a handful of chocolates from the box when no one else is looking, then acts like she's just sauntering by for the first time. But, as they always say, we love her anyway. So be gentle with her, there's a lot of women here to answer to. Aw, heck, you really look harmless, just a bit mischievous so you can keep her interested.
Now, here's a man with a heart of gold...but then it's not his heart that ya have to watch out for! You sure he's a Marine and not a sailor....going around kissing all the girls! (Gotcha Gunny! LOL) No, really this sweet guy is a hoot! And don't try to keep up with him & Mom when they do the "Walk the Mall!"

Funny, I just assumed you were still "keeping company", and thought of you often. I know if Gunny managed to get into this forum, he must be doing something right, real regular. And it hasn't escaped my notice that you are spending less time with us, Lady. You even snuck off at Mardi Gras, without a fare thee well, and left me and poor Ponditis to deal with a float bearing 25 Els through the French Quarter. If I send that little horse crippler, are you even going to plant it before you rush off to some party with that man? Maybe I should send one already in its own pot, so it won't have to depend on your fidelity. Honestly, I think you probably are having way too much fun. As usual.
