Dispatcher, did you lose your cookies? That happens when you do a "Disk Cleanup", for instance.
And that would do it.

Kell, if you happen to have a Wheel Mouse, scroll while holding down your Control Key and see what happens.

Well I'll be darned!! I have an optical Wheel mouse - tried the Control thingy - WOW, too bright for even me!! I guess that is a great trick if you want to read the fine print on something!
