Morning Newsletter

Wewoka, OK(Zone 7a)

I am not getting the morning newsletter - in fact, it hasn't been waiting for me since last Saturday morning. This morning is the first morning I have been able to go direct to DG - understand that is most likely related to the upgrade. Is the newsletter also related to the upgrade? Anyone not getting theirs? Dave, sure do like the lightning fast speed of the new improved DG - thanks

I would think that with all the problems Dave had with the hardware upgrade and then the removel of it that this is just a temporary problem!! I am sure as soon as he can get things worked out we will be getting our newsletter again!!!!

Hang in there DAVE!!!!!! We all want to see a picture of you when you finish, I bet those blonde lock's are a bit gray these day's!!!!! hehe

Me, too Aimee. If we lined up all our pouty lips, we'd no doubt be able to land a 747 on them :)

Here is today's newsletter, for those who didn't get their own personal email copy: http://davesgarden.com/nl.php?date=2003-02-04

ROFLOL go vols!!!

Georgetown, TX(Zone 8a)

Thanks, GV. I usually read it at night, being the night person I am, but I presumed they would be available on the site, just didn't go to look. Sounds like you guys have your hands full, so it's not anything to worry about. When I can't get on, I actually make use of the time, so I can indulge when the site does get back up. In other words, I slept a lot!

Thanks Terry - my newsletter was here when I was home for lunch. I could go straight to my homepage this a.m. but the newsletter wouldn't pull up from there???? Who knows - but all is well now!!!!

*chuckle* *snort* *giggle* *choke* AAAAAGGGGHHHH!

Georgetown, TX(Zone 8a)

Hey, I printed those flaming tresses out on my then-new printer, maybe that's why it broke! Every time I look at it, I end up laughing so hard I forget my problems. Best mood elevator I ever found.

I found out some of my mail was being
returned "undeliverable" a few days, and sometimes when I tried to get my mail on the ISP homepage, it resulted in a message "No such user gcowan". So it could be that explains my failure to get the Newsletter. It did come the past two days.

Aimee, you should check your preferences and make sure you are still subscribed. If mail bounced back undeliverable (fatal error, as it's called) my system automatically unsubscribes you!

best,
dave

Thanks, Dave. I went there, and there was a check in the box for subscribing, but I submitted it in case I had been cancelled. Don't want any fatalities around here.

I too checked and the box is checked, but not rcvg the newletter. It will get it probably eventually.
I know Dave has been so busy with the upgrades. (thanks Dave, you are really outdoing yourself...)

Newcastle, ON(Zone 5a)

Send it again Pebble..mine was checked too..but I just submited it again..and I got my newsletter once again. I missed a couple of days last week.
Cheers,
Carol

hip hip hoooraaayyyyyy - I got mine this morning!
THANK YOU DAVE!
I did as Starzz suggested and re-submitted it. I think that might be the glitch....

I am a happy camper!

Newcastle, ON(Zone 5a)

Well I can just imagine you doing a "Happy Dance" glad I could be of help. Mornings just aren't the same without Daves Garden Newsletter and a cup of coffee to start the day.
Cheers,
Carol
