Keeping track of my interests

When I send a message to a forum, is there anyway for me to keep track of where I sent to so that I can check back the next day for answers? Also, at the top of each forum is 'Views'. What does that mean?

Click on the watch thread icon on the forum you want to watch. You'll be notified each time there is a new post

Veiw's simply means the # of people that have looked at that thread.
