We were shopping at Sam's Club last night. They close at 8:30, of course we arrived at 8:27. They let us in & the first thing we came to was the butcher passing out unsold packages of BBQ pork ribs, already cooked. We had plans for dining right after Sam's, so we are having ribs tonight,UMMM!
Had a fabulous prime beef dinner last night. Could it get any better?
Like they say;"right place at the right time!"

I don't know how your Sam's is,but ours runs a leg of lamb for $10,I have a Martha S recipe for LambKabob,that is a great greek recipe,most work is done night before in the marinade,then toss on grill next day.
Got my grill at Sams.:)
