Thanks everybody! Hate to disappoint you, but it definitely isn't putting out sunshine around here. It's about 40 degrees and raining! Ah, well, nothing new in Seward!

I've got news for you, Shoe. At 56, I'm likely in danger of being traded in for two 30 year olds! Now, if someone would send me a garden slave for my birthday, that would be a real nice gift! I'm tired of listening to those creaking noises everytime I try to get back up on my feet from weeding a flowerbed!

Happy Birthday Dear Weezie! I know how you feel about the rain having spent 4 winters in Ketchikan, if it was just a day here and there it would be different, and with some sun breaks would be super! I guess you will just have to look at pictures of sunny places, read a good book by the fire and look forward to spring.

Thanks everyone! I had a nice lunch out with my husband. I bought a nice strawberry whip cream cake on the way home for later! It's sure nice to come home to all these kinds wishes and words of encouragement. Sounds like VA is getting our weather, Louisa. We've all been complaining that it's too warm up here!
