But at least I have this old TV net thingy, and can get on and post. I can get emails, but no chats or graphics. Anywho I guess that too much hot and heavy research was a hard thing for that old CPU fan to handle. But, when life gives ya lemons....whadda ya do?? Ya make lemonade, of course!!

Thanks PJ.....I can't seem to get into MSN for email at all, and when I go to earthlink, all I get is a bunch of gobble de goop!! Oh well, suppose I can get that on Saturday or Sunday. But I sure must look funny sitting here looking for a mouse, when all I have is a joystick!! LOL!!

mine left last week-this old one drives me nuts.
hp pavillions have a defective hard drive and they are upgradding mine for free-you can go to their site n check if yours is on the list.
this one is so darn slow and then i spilled my drink in the key board and the dddddddddddddddddddd sticks if i take my finger off the shift bar. =[ so if you see alot of d's in my post sorry!
8-10 days is seeming like an eternity.

Too bad it's not the Z that sticks, LOL -- we'd all think you were falling asleep, Dori! ;) Try gently popping the key off with a butter knife beneath the edge and cleaning it that way. Some folks even shower with their keyboards (unplugged, of course!) and once they dry off thoroughly, they're fine to use again.

Swapping out a hard drive is really pretty easy. We've had to do it a lot with all the hand-me-down's we've gotten through the years.
