Help with SCIF Store

I just got a call in for an order that was placed on my SCIF store, but I was under the assumption that I would be emailed when an order was placed??? I went and looked and there were a bunch of orders, but it seemed as if they weren't completed or something? They didn't have shippign info etc. So I killed those orders, is this how I should have went about this. I guess I should check in daily for orders (which I haven't done in a while!) This call just took me off guard... Please let me know

You didn't have to kill those orders. They were uncompleted and thus didn't really exist.

If you get a call in, you should ask if they have an order id. If yes, then look it up through the Lookup Orders area.

(And Shoe is right, please do post these questions over at scifstore.com)
