New Threads Strangeness

I've noticed something odd and just haven't gotten around to writing about it until today. Forums show up at my welcome page as having new messages, yet when I go to the forum there are no new threads. Sometimes there's not been a new post for a few days.

Even when I've cleared my cache and temp files, this happens. I've also tried refreshing the window and using shift+refresh.

The thing is, my watched threads appear up top regularly, and some forums do indeed have new posts sometimes. I have my browser set to check for a new version of each page every time I visit, too, and I'm not viewing a cached copy.

Does this happen to anyone else?

I think it has to do with Dave putting in a new program,He said,"Hey heres a thread that needs a comment from GW,I think I'll kick it to her homepage!LOL!

Just kidding,I did notice some thing like it.when I got to the thread,there was no comment from the person listed.
