Hey, Dave -

Howie's pleased to announce that DG works pretty well on his new PDA! He has AvantGo ( http://my.avantgo.com/home/index.html?referer=http%3A%2F%2Favantgo.com%2Ffrontdoor%2Findex.html ) load the page four links deep so he can browse all the threads and some of the hyperlinks given in them, all while offline.

P.S. I'm already thinking of how handy it will be to have DG available in an offline form like this come gardening season. I think something like the Plants Database, especially, would be so handy like this!

By the way, I notice that sites beginning with the secure denotation https:// don't automatically become hyperlinks. Most, if just typed with the standard h t t p:// will forward to the https:// addresses, but it would be nice if they could just be pasted in, unedited, and become hyperlinks. Is that a possibility?
