Anyone seen Wingnut lately?

Georgetown, TX(Zone 8a)

She and Kenny have been away too long! Has anyone heard from her?

Baker City, OR(Zone 5b)

I was also wondering. I hope they are ok.

Aimee, I had that same thought today, but since I only watch a few forums, thought maybe she'd been posting on ones I don't see regularly. Sure hope she's okay.

I e-mailed Wingnut and she replied that she and Kenny are okay, they have been really busy with doctor appointments (it's thought that Kenny might have pancreatitis), selling a piece of land and putting in a new septic system. She gave me permission to post this info. She is her usual cheerful self and it was very good to hear from her.

Wingnut, am praying for Kenny to get a correct diagnosis very soon, and for the right treatment regimen to begin so that he can feel good and strong again, and you can relax about him! (((Wingnut and Kenny))).

Thanks Whiterose.

I'm fine! We both are. Just life getting in the way of 'puter time. ;) I'm sorry if I worried you all, though it is nice to be worried about. :)!! And thank you for your positive thoughts and prayers ~ warms my heart right up and that sure helps when it's 40 degrees out like right now.

I imagine life will calm down again soon so I'll be back more often to visit. 'Til then, THINK SPRING!

Hi, Wingnut! I was thinking about you again last night and it's so nice to wake up to this post. Neat photo, too.

Thanks, Whiterose. Those are my Great Gray Grasshopper Getters and man do they do a great job! I don't get many tomatoes unless I cage the plants up high, but I wouldn't be getting ANYTHING if it weren't for them, so it's a good trade. I think this year I'll try guineas ~ supposedly they don't eat tomatoes, just bugs.

Yep, RR, it's cold here, too! Right now it's about 40 and rainy. This spring's Bluebonnet show should be incredible. :)

Wing, I would love to borrow your Grasshopper Getters for a couple of days, do they ship well *grin*

*Grin!* I don't think old Pollo would like that long of a trip in a box, Lupine ~ maybe if he could travel by plane and hang his head out the window to pretend he was an eagle... ;)
