wishes from Crete

Rethymno, Crete, Greece(Zone 10b)

to you all, who turned my gardening frustration to a creative force, I send my best wishes from Crete.

May the new year bring you health, prosperity and peace of mind.

My thanks for all your help and comments will never be enough- melody, poppysue, Baa, garden/wife/dragon and so many others, Evert, Georgiaredclay, and above all, Dave, the man who provided us with so much care that this e-corner, DG, is a continuous enjoyment with efficiency and professionalism and discretion. Best wishes to you all.

How lucky you are to live on such a beautiful island!
I went there last year & walked the Samaria Gorge but stayed in Almareda which was lovely. we enjoyed good food, good wine & of course the people as you know are special. Happy Christmas to you & your family

Thank you, fringedweller.

The gorge of Samaria is a wonder, as well as the village of Almerida. Very few people know it, and it feels like a holiday village of the sixties.

A happy new year to you and your family.

Dimitri
