Christmas memories - Firestone records?

Does anyone remember these? The people on the radio station ae discussing these. (This is why my dd calls this an "old peoples" station - lol.) I vaguely remember these. A new one came out every year with different musicians. Does anyone remember where they came from? Did you have to go to Firestone to buy?

Oh wow Jewel, what a flood of memories! I don't remember the records, but I do remember going into Firestone for Christmas presents.I remember going to the gum machine and the big man behind the counter would wear a Santa hat and gave us candy canes along with a calendar. I can remember the smell and the excitement of looking/lusting at the shiney new bikes while my Mom picked up odds and ends(might have even been the records-I'll have to ask her). I also remember shopping at Western Auto.

My parents had some of these when I was a kid: they came from my Grandpa. I will try to find out if they know where they came from tonight. The records didn't survive our childhood (60's) :(
