I sure have missed everyone and it's just too good to be back!!!!!!

well, almost back anyway. I have to go to the library to use the computer and get online, but hey, better that than not at all, right?

ok, so no excuses, I'm expecting lots of e-mails letting me know how you all have been :o)

hmmmm.......guess I missed everyone for today......no one seems to be online? I'll hang for a few more minutes, then I have to go home to make some dinner. Drawbacks of not sitting online at home, you can't run back and forth between the stove and the 'puter :o(

Hi Flo!! Great to see you! :) Welcome back!

No, no job. The back is worse as it has ever been and my knee keeps going out on me to where it hurts to walk allot of times and I limp allot on it. Last week it went out twice in the grocery store and luckily I was holding on to a grocery cart. Doc says that the joint is wearing thin and that the bone above is pushed too far to the front and the bone below my knee too far to the back. I also have a tendon below my knee that is starting to calcify. Just one thing after another, I'm telling you. Oh well, life goes on, right? So I'm making some changes in my life for the better of my health. No makeup, no hair sprays, no fingernail polish......nothing that can be inhaled or absorbed into my body...........makes it really hard, let me tell you. Trying to diet, but that's the hardest thing of them all. Eating lots of salads, quite frankly, I'm saladet out.......LOL.

other than that, not much.

I better get home for now though. I'll try to be back either tomorrow or thursday, will have to see how the weather is and how good I feel :o)

I am so sorry about your joints. Is this possibly a result of your earlier athletic prowess? What a price to pay! I hope you find relief and don't have to endure this long. It has to be maddening to always know your dang knee might go out at any moment.

But I am happy you are able to triumph over it enough to at least get to the library. If I can do anything at all, please let me know.
