Interruption of service

Today around 11:00am EST I'll be taking the DG server offline for a few minutes to add a new network card to the box. It should only be offline for less than 15 minutes.

Yes, but that was 4 days ago, and the interruption was indeed only about 15 minutes. :)

I know, but since I couldn't sign onto my favorite site (I also couldn't get onto Hotmail for whatever reason: "site unavailable", I gave up for that day :) No criticism intended!!!!!! Just a lot of admiration for how well you handle the site!!!!!

dave, I read your note that day, and made myself get up and go wash some clothes. Came back and you were already back up and I didn't miss a thing!!

I almost got up away from here! I have been trying since last night to get on! Finally I got on about 2 minutes ago. Seems it was messed up again! I knew I should have gotton on up from here and cleaned this house!!!! Now I have got to catch up first!

At first I thought it was just on my end not being able to get on DG this morning and then found out that others couldn't either.
Haven't received the newsletter for today tho.

BOY! Thought they had cut off my subscription a month early! Couldn't get in last night, nor this morning.

I had to go to work with out my DG Fix!! But as soon as I got here I used the computer to see if we were back in business....YEP! Everyone present and accounted for?? thanks Dave. Jo

The coffee just doesn't seen the same, unless ;you can have it while on DG. Hey, I did get some things done tho this morning. Up at 3, trash taken out,made cookies, done laundry, got hubby off to work at 4:15, kitchen floor mopped,bathrooms cleaned and even a few craft things finished; so guess this morning wasn't a total loss.
Off to make some brownies now and maybe some fudge as well.
Will be gone all day tomorrow so need to get as much done today as I can. Okay, back to the kitchen I go.

so you guys missed your breakfast fix!?

some of us were awake, off to work and home again without the daily fix! I was 7 hours without DG and others in Europe were 9 hours without and those in the far east had probably gone to bed without their daily fix LOL

I tried to get in in the morning before I left to school, but couldn't get.. I tried again on 14:00 when I came from school and it wasn't working then either. At about 18:00 I tried again and finally got in.

Baby boom indeed! A different crop of midsummer flowers. I missed the whole crisis, so all was calm here. Dave takes such good care of us that we sure do notice when anything is amiss. Thanks Dave, we sure do appreciate you.

Being out of town and away from my puter wasn't such a loss after all. Wish I had known! But catching up is easier, and that explains why a lot of anticipated posts weren't made. All's well that ends well.
