Read about this unique garden

Mysore, India(Zone 10a)

Our newspaper carried this article Sunday. I thought this might be of curious interest to my friends here. I thought this was unique. I only wished that those pictures there were large enough. Ever seen a "Thread Garden"?

FANTASTIC!! I would love to see this...and to think...frost won't get them! Jo

My goodness, that is fascinating -- so many hours of work, so much detail, and so beautiful! Thank you, Dinu.

how very interesting Dinu. Wow, what a sight it must be.

So fascinating and intricate in detail, as folks would say now "what a concept".

I'd love to know how they accomplished that, it is so real looking in the photos. Guiness Book of Records is an excellent idea. That would really spice up our gardens this time of year. Always amazing the things people come up with!

Ooty (Ootacamund was the old name, a famous hill resort of the British)is about 100 miles from here and I am yet to visit this beautiful hill station. It has been renamed as Udhagamandalam. (Diffucult to pronounce?) But when I go there for the first time, this garden will be on the agenda.
