Today is the Scottish National Holiday, St. Andrews Day.

If there are any Scots reading this, have a great time today and tonight,and be proud of our little North Atlantic paradise, and the home of the free.

Barry....your pride comes through...and I wish you a very Happy St. Andrew's Day. I am reading a book and just in this chapter I started today they are entering the Isle of Skye! The pictures of Skye look a lot like our land here in Arizona...at least the contour does...and we have "Sky Island" mountains....meaning they stand alone, and not connected to any mountain range. Thanks for yet another grand tour! Jo

Barry, I knew I needed to come to DG for some reason. Happy St. Andrews Day, although it's almost over for you. Now, if those verses have music, may I look forward to that rich voice singing them soon? Honestly, Sire, I do believe I shall perish if the answer be nay.
