Changing my screen name PLEASE!!!! Oh Dave-

Medford, NJ(Zone 6b)

A typo when I first joined landed me with the screen name of datodg- PLEASE can you change it to Datdog... Thanks, Kristi/DATDOG

Murfreesboro, TN(Zone 7a)

Bless your heart, I saw your name on the forum before I saw your post, and thought - he still hasn't changed her name!!!! Dave, pretty please? She has asked nicely a couple times already, and been very patient :)

Ugh, sometimes I can really let myself down by putting things off too long. :( I do apologize for this.

Changing usernames is my all-time least favorite thing to do, but that's not really any excuse.

Anyway, it's changed! If you run into any problems, let me know!

Dave

Datdog is the name of my little terrier,LOL- He was a scared and scrawny 'owner turn in' we picked up at the animal shelter years ago. The most faithfull wonderful dog a family could have.
Two weekends ago I went away for a four day getaway. He slept at the front door the whole weekend. Only moved when neccessary other then that, he sat at his 'post' twenty four seven. So I've always thought he deserved a little recognition, hence the screen name.

Here he is in all his glory. No comments on his looks please *grin*

Oh, what an adorable little guy! I would be happy to pick up a little pup like this at the shelter. Why can't we comment on his cuteness?

Kristi, I love the story of how you arrived at your screen name here at Dave's, and the homage it bestows on your loyal and beautiful friend, Datdog.

Datdog, I think your dog is cute, too :) And I chose my e-mail address in honor of my cat, Lisi Cat (short for Lisianthus)

Kristi, do have have doggie brother and sister? This is our SQUIRT.

Brugie, Squirt is so cute and it looks like Squirt resembles Datdog, too.

Our baby need a haircut really badly, but I just don't seem to get the appointment made. Will have to put that on my list of things to do and then I can forget where I put the list. I'm hopeless. :-)

Medford, NJ(Zone 6b)

Thanks everyone- I'll pass the kind words to Dat, LOL.... Brugie, squirt is adorable. What is he? Yes, Dat needs a haircut as well his fur gets SO long. Kristi

Kristi, she is a ShiTzu, but not a good one. We bought her, but since she had a couple of ruptures, she was only for a pet and not breeding. She is almost 12 years old now and still acts like a puppy. Her nose isn't as short as most of her breed, but we love her. She can be a real pest though. She was the easiest dog I've ever had, to potty train.

Brugie, she looks like a REAL GOOD one to me! Such a sweet, beautiful face.

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Thanks. Don't know what we would do without her.

Waaaaahhh! I miss my Ginger, who was a pound puppy mix we called a LhasaPoo and was mine from about a year old until she was put to sleep at age 14. These little snub nosed sweeties are just beyond irresistible to me. I know I need a watch dog, but my heart yearns for a snub nose.

What cute dogs Brugie and Datdog!!

Grove City, OH(Zone 6a)

I have known a few Shih Tzus, and they are all wonderful. I envy you your puppies :)

Matthews, MO(Zone 6b)

What great looking puppies, hurray to both of you for keeping less than perfect animals, we rescue too! The rescues are the best friends! My DH still laughes at me for buying a the worst puppy in the litter, she looked scared, her eyes just haunted me!

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Lupinelover............I'm wondering just how much I do love her when I can't spell the breed correctly? :-)

Ellicott City, MD(Zone 7a)

A gardener's best friend who is ALWAYS loyal and at your side, ready for a hug or a good scratch behind the ears :~)

From one dog lover to another!

Grove City, OH(Zone 6a)

Brugie, the first time I tried to spell the breed's name was in Catholic high school, I almost got expelled! After that I made sure to know how to spell it :D

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Lupinelover, that could have been a disaster. Glad you didn't get expelled and can sure see how something kinda funny could have happened with the spelling. Our baby was really sick last weekend. She is doing well now, but for a couple of days I wasn't sure if she was going to make it. Thanks to a DG friend and Squirt's vet, she will be just as ornery as before for some time to come.

Grove City, OH(Zone 6a)

Awww, I am so glad your baby is better. And aren't DG'ers great!!!!! (not to mention the DG group themselves)

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

For Sure!!

Paxton, FL(Zone 8a)

I love the look of your dog, Datdog.
