We found a place to stay over in Sea Isle City that has enough room for the 5 of us!!! It is a winter rental just 2 block's from the beach so when DH and the boy's get a chance they can do some fishing!!!!! It is pretty nice I must admit, 3 floor's 4 bedroom's and a big garage and it is fully furnshed too!!! I have lot's to do so I still have not gone back to work but I think on Thursday I will do that!!!!
I will not be able to get to a computer much so I sure will miss everyone!!! I am trying to get one but I know it will not be a nice as the one I had but as long as I can get to DG I guess It really doesn't matter!
Well gotta go do about a million and a half thing's so I will check back this afternoon when the school bus drop's the boy's off at my sister's house!!!!!!

Yippeee! When life deals out lemons, make lemonade, and go to the beach.

sue
Sue,
You have such a great attitude. I praise God for your sweet spirit and pray that He blesses you and your family abundantly.
The rental sounds like a wonderful place to stay while you wait for your house. Will your insurance company pick up the cost of the rent?
Check back with us whenever you can.
Hugs,
Joan
Your insurance should replace your computer just as it was. How nice to find such a nice place for the family to live in for the interum. Thanks for the update and I hope that all goes well in the rebuilding. Lani
The rental sounds great. I hope all goes smoothly for you and your family.
Hi guy's, I just wanted to let you know that they started framing the house yesterday!!!! They are done on the first floor and this afternoon they finished the floor upstair's and there is one wall up!!
I am finding it much easier watching them build walls instead of watching them knocking what was left down. I think the worker's are use to me hanging around and pulling out my gloves and shovel to save what ever I can in my flowerbeds! Today I dug up about a dozen and a half Daylilies cause the wood and other stuff were being thrown down on to them!!! I am trying to tag everthing so I can identify thing's come summer but I have not been too successful! I will sure be asking for ALOT of ID's on plant's when they start to bloom so be ready!!!!
Then there is the best new's of all!! One of the new girl's at work had an old computer at home and she offered it to me until I can get a new one, isn't that GREAT????? I got it hooked up yesterday and the internet service I use had me back on line in just a few minute's!!! So now that I can check in everday (I HOPE) I am a VERY happy girl!!!!!!!!!
Well let me go catch up with everything I missed!!!!!
sue
Sue...you make me feel good inside! Really! o warm and happy...in the face of adversity...you are a winner!! Jo
Sue,
I'm glad that they are making so much progress already. Keep you attitude this great and nothing will ever get you down.
Yeeehawww!....Things get better and better, eh?
Keep smiling!
Hey, great, Sue - we don't have to go through Ruby42 withdrawal then! :) Glad to hear things are coming together and that you can watch them rebuild now!
Good things happen to good people!! I think you are quite lucky to find such a nice place so soon. What a tragedy you have gone through - but I'll bet with you attitude your family will be closer than ever after this. Best wishes.
Wonderful news, Sue!
'Glad to have you back
online.
Take care,
Melissa :-)
Great news, Sue! So happy that you found a computer to use and that the building is moving right along for you. You have such a good attitude that it is almost unbelievable! ((((Sue))))
Praising God for His providing for you. : )
Oh, what a great post! You have indeed been smiled upon, and I think this is going to turn out to be a good thing all the way around. Years from now, you will be saying what a good thing it was, because without the trauma, some wonderful events or associations would not have happened. And it sounds like the rebuilding is ahead of schedule already, is that right?
I am so glad things are starting to come around and look up. You and your family have handled this situation wonderfully!
Hugs,
Joan
WOW! How wonderfully terriffic for you, Sue! Yes, I agree ~ god things happen to good people.
Whoops! Look at that typo ~ I think it was meant to be so I'll leave it in. ;)
So glad you are back online. I've still got your gingers here. Figured it was just as easy for me to watch over them as for you to have to move them twice. LMK when you are ready for them.
Yeah!!!!!!!!!!! You are plugged in again. I am sure that the plants will muscle their way through this; plants are tough. The tags??????? Mine cannot hold-up to the chipmunks running over them, but with so many people who can help ID and also have a "few" extra plants to fill in any gaps, I think you will have a beautiful garden next year. Happy to hear of the house progress.
Things are looking up! Is the house being rebuilt just like it was before? Tell your friend who gave you the computer thank you from all of us here at the garden. Enjoy the beach for me.
Hey, it's good to hear you all found another very nice house to live in. I'm glad.
Sue,
Sorry to have just seen this, but the entire thread goes from total devastation to the phoenix from the ashes.
Well done !!! You have swallowed the devastation, and now you are burning with the desire to have your home back, and will have it back soon.
You are a lesson for many who think all is lost, but when there is even only one wall standing, you will have your home again soon.
I doff my cap, and kneel in respect.
Well done to you and your family, but especially to you.
Wintermoor
