A very happy birthday to you, Mark.

The first effect you noticed is not age mark - that's just how fit you are. I get out of breath less now than years ago.

The second IS one of those things that creeps up more and more every year that passes :-( indeed! LOL.
Not only are there less hours in the day, but less days in the week, weeks in a month and months in a year...........
..........now i'm getting depressed.

Just forget all that, be busy and happy, that's what'll keep you young(ish) for a long time

I must say I'm very proud of you girls out there who wear 'em. These are the most uncomfortable ?pants I have ever had on. I'd rather go Commando than wear 'em again.

No one said being a woman was easy, Mark. We have more straps, thongs, buckles, snaps, strings, and harnesses than any man could ever imagine... though probably less than Queen Victoria wore!
