I miss all of you.

Hi Guys!! I had a few minutes today after getting well rested yesterday. I even slept right through chat!! I wanted to pop in and say hi. I am working 40 hours (5 nights) a week now, third shift. With the kids in school and hubby and I working, we have had one illness after another. LOL Soccer finally ended last weekend with my 9 year olds team in first place, but they lost the tournament round. My 7 year olds team is in second place, but won the tournament round. My 5 year olds team doesn't play tournaments but she ended the season by scoring 5 goals a game at the last 3-4 games. All the other parents cheer for her and some of them call the team "Team Carly". LOL Actually a bit embarrassing, but she is GOOD! I need to finish up Halloween costumes today and of course do 'trick or treat' tomorrow. I plan to get the rest of my plant trades out on Saturday morning. I am sorry to have taken so long on some of them and for not getting in touch. There just are not enough hours in the day! On a final note, I have lost 17 pounds and I am thrilled. I guess I have another 80 to lose to find my high school sized body, but too bad I won't recognize it since everything is so much further south! LOL
Hugs to all, miss you,
Michele

It is so nice to see messages from you!! Even when I am not here, I am thinking of you all and getting in prayers for well being for all. :) Originally I had intended to only work through Christmas, but I may go ahead and keep the job full time and permanent, or I may cut back on hours. There are still so many things to get done around the house and I still have hopes of moving and cutting up more credit cards. :) For the first time in a long time, we are nearly caught up and after November we will actually be ahead. My hubby has actually had another illness added to his long list of them. Now he has a thyroid condition too and is dropping too much weight. Since December he has gone from 265 to 190 and he lost ten of those this month alone. I have no idea what they will do for/to him next. He is 6'4" and that is way too thin. As far as other things go, life is good and we are all fine.
Great to hear from you!!

Hi Michele! So very good to hear from you. I think of you all the time and pray that you are able to have the sleep you need for staying healthy and sassy. Wonderful news about the girls and their soccer success and your weight loss. I will pray for your husband and his health concerns. Of course I pray for your girls to have a good life and health. I don't know how you do those hours but I sure understand that it is nice to finally get some of those bills cleared out. Get ahead??? What is that???????? LOL Take care and post more often.

Hurray and congrats on getting ahead soon! That's SUCH a good feeling. And a big congratulations to your girls, too ~ do I hear the strains of the Olympic anthem somewhere in the background? ;) I can relate to a sick hubby. Man, I hope he's well soon and stays that way ~ you, too! And you lost seventeen pounds?!?! WONDERFUL! Good for you! And "just in time for the holidays". ;) But do take care of yourself, girl, so you can last the long haul. Rest is important, as I'm sure you know. I hope you find time to get enough. :)!!!!

Hi 'Chele! Yes, I miss you too! But I have been mostly away the last couple weeks myself, so am butting in here to announce mostly my immediate crises have been dealt with; I am resting and recovering but am trying to catch up today. Maybe I will be caught up in another month!

You take good care of yourself and hubby and your girls. We will be praying for him, and for you!

Michele congratulations on the weight loss and getting ahead. I just paid off one credit card and it was a wonderful feeling. I don't know how you do it all. I hope your husband is feeling better. Take good care of yourself and your beautiful family.

Sweetie it is so good to see you post, you have been missed but understand you do have to have a LITTLE rest. I know you are proud of the girls as you have a right to be. Just don't over do and I'm proud of you for the weight lose.

Hi Badseed,Hang in there and enjoy all those games with your kids. When they are grown up you will have great memories of freezin to death or baking in the sun watching them play. You could have grown plants in my SUV from hauling teams around with dirt all over them! My kids are grown up now and my husband found rye grass sprouting in my truck the other day, guess I always blamed it on the kids! As for getting out of debt it gets better until a "kid" needs a little loan. It is SO nice to pay off things. Hang in there and God Bless

Hi, Glad to hear from you, heavens, how do you keep up with it all? Will send good energy to you and your husband and congratulations to the soccer team-maybe by the time they are adults they will get big contracts and/or go to the Olympics. I do envy their energy, I watch the kids play in the field across the street-lots of action even in the worse weather. Take care of yourself and congratulations on the weight loss, I have started, but not there yet>you are an inspiration!!!!!!!!

Ewing, KY(Zone 6a)

Hey Chele sure good to see ya post. Sure miss ya! Way to go girls! Sounds like they ended the season great. Congrats on losing the weight too. Take care of yourself. Hugs and LY

Scary Michele...I have had you on my mind all day. Weird that you should post, huh? Hey, Congratulations on all those wonderful soccer players. Remind me to never get in front of them when they are kicking up a storm. I sure do miss "talking" to you and keep you and yours in my prayers daily. I know we all miss your "special" sense of humor. What's going on with all the weight loss up there? I wish I could lose 17 pounds. Sigh.....Of course at my age I think it's double hard. Take care and it sure was good to see your post. Love you Michele...take care ((((hugs))))

Hi Badseed,
glad to hear that you got your job going at last, but look after yourself please.

I'm sorry to hear that your man isn't doing too good ... God bless.

You'll get there soon though, and he'll be back to full strength again. These things happen even to the best families, what am I saying, it is happening to one of the best families.

Lovely to hear that your wee girls are doing well at football, yes it's called football, the other game is called American Football, which is a game played by big mugs who are so padded-up that they are immune to tanks driving over them.

Well done Badseed, you're doing a great job.

All the best for you, your man, and your wee girls

Michele, I miss you, too! I have been offline a lot lately, and it's good to come back and see you here. I can relate to the long hours and heavy load, and I believe you must surely earn extra stars in your crown for the job well done. What a great bunch of girls you're raising for the world! Do take care and steal as many naps as you can work in, and know I am envious about the weight loss. That's the exact amount I need to shed. Kudos to one of my favorite people.

Hey, Chele - Thanks for catching us up on what's new in Micheleville. That's great your girls are involved in sports and did so well, but I bet you're relieved their season's over. ;) Let us know what's happening with DH - we'll keep him and you guys in our prayers.

Any luck on finding that brand yet?
