Email me and let me know if you know where Carol7 would be. I haven't heard from her and I don't know what time to expect her tomorrow. I need to have that pot of gumbo ready!! Have you seen her?

lisa, when she gets there, please get her to call me so I'll be ready too!!! I thought she was getting her tomorrow, so let me know:)

Lisa, she's spending the day with Doris, and they were going to Tyler, to check out the Roses!! This past weekend was the Tyler Rose Festival. They were gonna try to look up arptiger, and check out Chamblee Roses. She was supposed to email you, but I know they were having a lot of trouble staying online with Doris' telephone company. I sure did enjoy spending time with them both!! Two great gals!!

she wrote that she'd be here on Wed, I thought she said the 21st, but she said the 23rd. Of course, she wrote that on the 11th, so I'm sure some things have changed. If anyone does here from her, if you'd post?? thanks:)

I'm so sorry that I haven't been in touch with you all, but I have had problems staying connected while on-line. Doris has a small, local phone company and rain causes problems with the connection. Anyway, I am all packed and will be Louisiana bound in the morning! :o)
Lisa, did you get the email I sent earlier today? It is supposed to be raining here in the am and it may slow me down a bit, but hopefully not too much.
Ruth, I am still planning on arriving around oneish one Wednesday.
Tig, would it be a problem if I arrived on Thursday instead? I didn't realize how far of a drive I would have when I emailed awhile back. It's supposed to be raining here in the am, but if the phone lines haven't started acting up yet I'll send you a letter before I leave otherwise I'll contact you from Lisa's.
Arptiger, if you happen to read this before 8:30am please email me. I'll keep my fingers crossed that I can stay connected long enough to read my mail and write back. Maybe we could meet somewhere for coffee in Tyler? It won't put me that far out of my way and I would enjoy meeting you.

whew, finally had time to check in..I've been cleaning up and looks like I've done nothing!! LOL..we are still in boxes here, I had to make a path to the bed where Carol will sleep! LOL..

So is there a thread about your visit, Lisa? I didn't even know she'd been there until I saw your e-mail today! :)

Yes Kim, she visited us, but her visit was very short, she got here at 5 pm on Tuesday and was outta here by 2 pm on Wed. She had a very tight schedule to keep. She was off to see Yardbird, then on to tiG, from there on to Cala's and then home.

Carol is a delightful visitor. I enjoyed her company.

I did too!!! we stayed up late talking and woke early. We spent a lot of time outdoors even thought it was raining!! She sure has some work to do when she gets home, her car was full! love that girl, I sure hope she and Adam will come back and spend a weekend.

We enjoyed Carol also she just didn't get to stay long enough. She is a great lady and I love her dearly. Hope next time she get to come she brings Adam and they get to stay longer than she did.

We had such a good time when they visited here. I miss them! Glad you got a taste of Carol, Lisa. :)
