Oh, it's gotta be a Maine lobstah roll. Lobster salad on a buttery toasted hot dog roll, with a leaf or two of iceberg lettuce. Any old hole in the wall joint at the public landing of any old seaside downeast town will do, but I especially like the hot dog cart in Reny's plaza in Camden. Wicked good. Worth the 10 hr ride from Philadelphia.

Crab legs, and the bbq'd ones from Joe's Crab Shack are normally pretty good (pity us, we're landlocked!!!) Or really good cajun boiled shrimp. No, wait - I've got it: scallops - the bigger the better. Oh, phooey - I can't pick just one!

Alligator stew? I wonder if they deliver? Fresh Tuna and red potatoes (how's my spelling?) at the Black Pelican, Kitty Hawk, behind the post office. Dauphin fish with garlic mashed in Duck. Or maybe squid and eggs for breakfast in Monterrey at Grandmas. What ever it is, make mine fresh.
