PDB pics - locked for new threads???

Just noticed that at the bottom of the page in PDB picture forum (next to the page numbers) it says "this forum is locked for new threads"

What does this mean please?

It means that you can't post pictures directly to the PDB Pictures forum. What you do is find the plant to which you want to add the picture, and add it there. Then, it is automatically added to the PDB Pictures forum on your behalf.

I tried to add a new plant (Bulbophyllum) but the page just refreshes...

Have I missed something?

Are you trying to do it from the actual database or from PDB Photos
The PDB will only accept additions from PDB itself, not from photos.
This may solve your problem..............or?

That also confused me "locked for new threads", and also when hunting for my latest photos, I can't find it anymore.
