Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

Gingers will be separate, my secretary is handling that one, lol.(thanks Dee)

Birmingham, AL(Zone 7b)

Oh, I'm definitely in for the X. jacquinii lineatum! (This spelling might bring more search results.) Here's another pic: http://naturalselections.safeshopper.com/images/bt14hpl0.jpg
It's from Natural Selections' Xanth page ( http://naturalselections.safeshopper.com/53/cat53.htm?252 ), along with some others that we've discussed or that are on the list.

They have a gorgeous picture of lindenii. Does anyone have experience with this one? I'd like to know its growth rate and maximum size.

I'm still making a list and checking it twice. There were several that we had said we'd go for fer sher ..... Is there still room to ask your contact about specific plants that are not on the list you posted? [In case you can't tell, I'm having trouble holding my EE wish list in.]

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

I guess it doesn't hurt to ask, lol. I'll email and ask Kathy.
OK, so far we want:
A. Bullatta
A. Elaine
A. Fantasy
A. Frydek
A. Gagaena
A. Imperialis
A. Portadora

X. Lindenii Mag.
X.jeoquinii lineatum
Did we forget any?

Matthews, MO(Zone 6b)

Hey Cala, just waiting to see what happens. What you decide on anyway. It is supposed to get down to 30 here Monday night, so if I am not posting I am working on insulation.

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

Cala, would your friend take a digital pic and send it to you to post of all of those. I can't get all and really would love to see each before I decide on my list.
thanks

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

TiG, I'll ask her if she can. They aren't computer people, just getting an availability list once or twice a month is like pulling teeth!! They grow great plants though.

Catoosa, OK(Zone 7a)

Are they close enough that somebody else could go and make the pics? I would like to be able to see them too.
How much are these again?

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

are you going to do Amazonica again or do you think you could push 72 of them?

Bay City, MI(Zone 6a)

greenleaf they are only $1.50ec so order LOTZ!

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

Here are what some of them looked like when they came in. We will do Amazonica if we have 72 requested.(I will take some, since I only got 2 or 3 last time)

I don't know if they let other people come in the greenhouses. I haven't ever been there. I found this place years ago at a trade show in Ohio. It's a tissue culture lab and those places can be funny sometimes.(don't blame them, don't want germs in the plants)

Medford, NJ(Zone 6b)

Hi Calalily- since I'm new here I was wondering if I can join in the ordering. Is there a narrowed down list of what you'll be ordering. Thanks for your time.
Kristi

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

Kristi, there will be a list posted on the co-op forum as soon as we decide what we want. If Rik keeps showing us new ones, this could take a while, we want them all!!! Anyone can order.

Medford, NJ(Zone 6b)

Thanks Calalily- Just found the co-op forum.
I'm KICKING myself in the hind end for not coming to this Gardening site earlier. One of my girlfriends kept trying to get me here, but I stayed at a site I'd been using for years. *sigh*
SO glad I'm here. I'm so excited about these co-op's!

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

Count me in too! I'm especially interested in the following:

Colocasia Fallax

Cedar Key, FL(Zone 9a)

Me too...if I can figure this whole thing out!

Milton, FL(Zone 8a)

Is there a thread for the gingers?I want in on that one.

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

Dee, did we start the gingers yet? Who is doing that one? Me or you?

Kentwood, LA(Zone 8b)

I want to order some more but I don`t have a list made up yet.

Paxton, FL(Zone 8a)

Justmelisa is getting up an order for Elizabeth butterfly ginger.

Grandview, TX(Zone 7b)

Gingerlily, I don't think that is the one they are talking about. JustmeLisa is going to a garden center that sells the 3 gallon sized pots, and the ginger coop they are talking about is for plugs... right?
Leisa

Marietta, GA(Zone 8a)

Hi Calalily,
I think you have a new co-op for the EE's (yipee!) but I can't find the right thread. I'm interested in 5 each of the following: Alocasia:Elaine, Fantasy, Imperialis, New guinea gold, and Portidora; Colocasia: Black stem, red stem and 20 Xanthosoma: Jeoquinii Lineatum.

Thanks!!!!
T.

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

Grace, I will start a thread on the co-op forum tomorrow.

Bay City, MI(Zone 6a)

Kingston, GA(Zone 7b)

Cala---is it too late to get in on this? I would be very interested in participating too. :) I love EE's!

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

CountryBumkin, I don't think it is too late. Just use the hyperlink in the post from Cala right above your post. Don't these things get you excited? I can't wait for the next ones.

Kingston, GA(Zone 7b)

Thank you Brugie. :)
