BrugNanny travels

I got a call from Frannie and Lisa last night and they were in Destin checking out all the guys. LOL I think they will be going to Arlenes on Friday. Lets keep this post going during their travels. Arlene let us know when they arrive at your house or if you hear from them.

Thursday morning: Just received a call from the girls and they are in Tallahassee going South.

Guess they'll get here in time for the football game, waiting to hear from them.

Don't make them too tired or too loaded down with plants before they get here!!

Frannie just called. they should be here around 4-5. i am so excited, they'll be here a day early.

Their car is already packed down....they took enough clothes to stay gone for months. LOL I have a list here of thing I'm going to root and mail to Frannie just to save room. I told Lisa she needs to rent a roof top thingy to put their luggage in.

Oh noooo, I was afraid of that, Arlene will take up every spare inch before they get here! I was so hoping I could present them with (get rid of) a few more things before winter. Lol!

By the time they get to your house they will need a U-Haul. LOL

I'm the last stop before they get home. Hope they save a little room. Can always mail things if they don't have room. Sounds like they are having a great time. You all let me know what you feed them so I don't fix the same thing, okay?

maybe i'll mail their clothes home..... i was hoping they'd bring a big truck! wish i had the time to make the rounds with them.

Hey Arlene, just make some time. Would love to see you come to Iowa. We could stick you on a plane to go back home.

brugie, i'd take enough liquour to kill a mule to get me on a plane...they just called, they are 5 minutes away!

Lisa & Frannie Here! We have made it to Arlene's House about a hour ago. The weather was perfect and the traffic was no where around. We left Crestview, FL this morning around 10:30. We are having a great time along our way and everyone has been so nice. Thought we would post a picture from Glory's house of everyone. Gloria, Frannie, Roz, & Mariee. We will post more when we leave. We are about to go and take a tour here so we will write more later. Gloria, YES we will probably need a UHaul or I will be flying home leaving mom to drive home with her plants.... LOL...

Are they going to be there tomorrow. I should be there around 10:30 or so. Gonna be ready to dig?? They are still going to the gardens with us Sat. right. We need to find out what time that thing is gonna start so we can be first in line. I'm driving, I have the truck, lol.

Frannie here .... can all of you tell how much fun we are having? We had so much fun at Gloria's visiting with her and Ron and it was wonderful that Roz and Mariee came by to visit. You would think that all of us had known each other for a long time. Having a great time at Arlene's now. She took me on a tour and there simply is not enough room in my Surburban to take all that I would like. LOL
Like Gloria, Arlene has so many different plants that are JUST BEATUIFUl. We enjoyed the ball game tonight and Arlene's son made a touchdown. I am so lucky to be able to visit and have so much fun with so many great gardenera. Dee and Stacey are coming to visit tomorrow. It will be another exciting day. Then we will be heading toward Tenn. Susie . . . here we come. Talk to you all tomorrow before we leave.

Good morning everyone! Frannie here . . . everyone should do what we are doing. We are not even finished with half the trip and I already have so many great experiences and memories that I will be taking back with me. Arlene picked a seed pod that was ready and gave it to me . . . how special is that!!! It was Veris Peach x EP x ?. Dee and Stacey will be here soon and it will be so nice to be able to meet them. We will be heading out this afternoon around 3:00.

Frannie and Lisa, you are so lucky to be able to do this. I'm turning green here and it isn't from the plants. I'll be anxious to hear all about the trip. That is the best part about being last on the list. Get to hear the scoop. Have a great time.......will be looking forward to the next report.
