Carol was in touch with me early on about doing it late April, early May, then she left on job. We do need to get to planning it.

if everyone could give their preference early it would help, don't you think?

I think we do need to wait and see what Carol has come up with, I know she started looking at the very end of the last one. But some good and bad times could help narrow it down some.

TiG, the last week of May might work, but depends on how many pots for decoration I have to fix. It's a tradition around here to do cemetery pots for decoration, each church/cemetery has a different weekend. As long as I get the orders finished, there shouldn't be a problem.
April is busy too, we start planting in late Jan/early Feb and don't stop.Our selling season gets in full swing around April 15th, is finished by Memorial Day pretty much.

I said in the other thread that early June would be better for me as I would have more plants to trade by then but anytime early June or late May would be fine. Just don't wait till it gets too hot to breath and I will be fine with any date.

I'm fine for any time but mid April...it's the big Quilt Show in Paducah....unless ya'll want to come up here and stay at one of the resorts on KY Lake.(hint hint)

Early June would be my personal preference, too. Kids are out of school, and it might not be too hot yet :)

well, I have some miles that I have been hanging on to, this just might the time to use them.

Well count me in for this as well, early June would work for me I think, it would depend on the date of course.

Maybe by then I will have some plants to trade as well.

Except that for early June you have to rent the cabins for a week, late May we can still get in for weekends only. I'm open whenever the concenseous decides. Darius has checked into Roan State Park, and it looks every bit as good to me as Cumberland Mountain.

Late May would be the only one that would work at Cumberland Mt. then. I can come up some plants any of those times but they will just be smaller in May. No big deal one way or the other! I am IN not matter when we decide!

For us to come it would have to be early June. I've used up all my vacation and it restarts June 1st.
