Hi Dave, I've never been able to get into the morning chat. All I get is a gray block. Occasionally I get part of the Who is on box. I don't have any problem with the evening chat (other than remembering it)

I had a bit of trouble to start with. The same as you i just got a gray block at first. Then the whole thing materialised, i clicked the who's on and promptly got bumped off. When i tried a second time it was fine and i got on OK
