Bodrum, Turkey(Zone 10a)

Geezzz I have missed her...I thought she was only going to be gone a week, it feels like a month...

Hillsboro, OH(Zone 6a)

I got an E from her yesterday. She said she should get home last night. Poor girl was already sad about leaving her babies behind. I wish her family lived closer to her. I have wanted to call her, but I am afraid she is resting.

Well, start tapping your fingers and a stomping your feet

I'm back, but only just!! What a lovely welcome home. Makes up for the miserable 17 hour journey and the awful weather in Germany. Thank God we are home safe and sound. The sun shone on our first day there and then it rained and rained and the last two days it snowed and was foggy. The flight was tricky, especially in the small plane on the first leg back to Frankfurt. Lorraine has another tumour which was discovered a couple of day's ago, so I have returned in a state of panic. Ben was my shining light through all this. What a baby!! We celebrated his first birthday without his playmate cousins because everyone had the stomach flu. But we made him a cake and blew up balloons which he loved. I will post pics and tell you all about the trip when I have rested. I'm sorry about you guys who have Isidore to cope with. I thought of you all and missed you.

Villa Rica, GA(Zone 7a)

Huntington Beach, CA(Zone 10a)

Yea...Margarets home safe and sound. OOO WEEEE, can't wait to see pictures of BIG BEN. Sorry to hear about your DD's more ill health. Please keep us informed on how she's doing. I haven't seen my grandson in a whole week and tomorrow I am going to spend the whole day with him, that is if I can get back to sleep...it is 3:30 am right now and I am wide awake from some medication I am taking, ugh!
Will look forward to hearing all about your trip,

Welcome home,
Donna

Troy, VA(Zone 7a)

Thanks again for the warm welcome!! Donna did I ever tell you how wonderful it is to see you back with us. Well, just in case I didn't......missed you so much!! Enjoy your little bundle while you can, they soon grow up!! :-) I slept quite well last night after doing piles of laundry, cooking and loving my own little darlings who missed their mama so much (the cats of course). And it looks as though we brought the rain with us but I'm not complaining. I had expected to see the roses and shrubs in a poor state because of the drought but just goes to show what an invaluable addition a good mulch can make. Photos will come later on today or tomorrow I hope but groceries and bread are the first order of the day which means a trip into Charlottesville. Gotta eat!! :-)

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

so good to see you sweetie. can't wait to see your beautiful baby. I'm sorry about your DD, but it gives us all another chance to pray together. love you

Troy, VA(Zone 7a)
