Updated the terms of service

I updated our TOS today to add the words:

"profane" and "vulgar" to paragraph 6. While these added words were not necessary, as they were previously implied, I decided to go ahead and add them in for good measure. All members need to remember that we are trying to run a family-friendly website here, and any vulgarities (no matter how innocent they may seem on the surface) will be removed.

We, the administrators, get grumpy when we have to spend time editing or deleting posts.

The Terms of Service (Acceptable Use Policy) is linked from the bottom of every page on DG.
