Hi, I've lost it,no, really, I've lost it !I've trawled through all the tutorials, but I can't seem to find the address you write down for the link to your trade lists. I know I've seen it somewhere, but I'm blowed if I can find it again,I spent most of yesterday looking.I have probably gone past it numerous times, but would be so obliged if someone could point me in the right direction please. Froma desperate computer numpty !!! :-)

I'm not sure what you mean by "the address you write down for the link to your trade lists", but this is the way I do it:

I go to my trade list page, the one I want people to look at, click in the location bar at the top of the page that gives the address of where you are right then, copy it by holding down the ctrl button and tapping the letter c on the keyboard. That puts the address on a "clipboard" in the computer's mind. You can't really tell that you have done anything, but it's there just the same!

Then I return to the message I am writing and insert the trade list page address by setting the cursor within the message at the point at which I want the address to appear, and hold down the ctrl key again and this time tap the letter v on the keyboard. Bingo, the link is in the message, but when you view the message in the actual thread list, it is represented by the word "Hyperlink" and is clickable to whomever is interested. It does that by some magic that Dave has programed into this site.

Anyway, I hope this helps. It's kinda long, I know, but I was trying to include every little step. Good luck. Rose
